- None

AR Review:

New items:

- Mike showed the parser contract draft 9.
- We changed final code delivery to April 30 in item 12
- Mike concerned that SAE will hold up progress.
- Bob: Atul was concerned about the QA suite requirement.
  - He sees it as a new requirement.
- Bob showed the parser source distribution.
- We agreed that the QA suite looks good.
- We changed language in 4c to be less specific
  - It describes what is already provided
- Appendix a we changed gcc to 4.2.1 or newer based on feedback from MM
- We looked at 4b but made no change
